Inspired by the landscape along the Icknield Way in East Anglia and based on one…or two old English folk-tales. The Chalk Giants creates a world of magic and mystery with chalk drawings, light, video and shadow puppetry. The narrative has been commissioned from Guyanese-born poet John Agard. This original production will captivate and engage all ages over five, with an elegant mix of storytelling and improvised narrative, animation and images, which bring to life, the real and the imagined British landscape.
